Olympic Conference

The members of our collective unite their knowledge in the Olympic/high-performance sports and business world to deliver customized keynote speeches for our clients. One of the aims of the keynotes is to present fundamental ingredients of high performance in different life domains, be it sport, business or other domains. These motivational mechanisms are universal in humans, and thus apply equally well in sport, work and life in general. This reROOT Olympic Conference tells the real Olympic journey of some of the members of our collective, is as inspiring to employees/managers as to coaches/athletes.

Workshops

The reROOT program teaches leaders and coaches how to offer a clear and consistent structure to their employees and athletes while supporting their autonomy and maintaining a warm interpersonal relationship. This program highlights the importance of structure and teaches leaders and coaches how to provide it. They learn how to communicate expectations, give feedback, follow through with logical consequences and use problem solving for recurrent problems.

With reROOT, leaders will learn to change the way they listen and talk in order to be able to create optimal environments for their employees and become inspiring, unifying and effective leaders.
